Investigation And Research Of Precision Poverty Alleviation In Rural Areas In The Xiangning County Of Sharnxi Province

This paper takes the poor county of Xiangning as the research object and analyzes the situation of precision poverty alleviation in 10 townships in Xiangning County from the following three aspects through the sample survey and analysis:(1)The basic situation of the village,including the basic information of household sex,household registration population,age,education level,occupation type,family labor force,family income and expenditure,main income sources,living conditions,causes of poverty and so on.(2)Farmers' awareness of the policies related to precision poverty alleviation,including the awareness of the village support units,the awareness of local help measures,the awareness of precision identification and precision withdrawal and so on.(3)Farmers' satisfaction with precision poverty alleviation related help units and measures,including the satisfaction of village support units,relevant help measures and precision poverty reduction results.(4)The work situation of four links in accurate poverty alleviation,Including precision identification,precision support,precision management,precision assessment.Through the analysis of the investigation data,it is found that the following problems exist in the work of precision poverty alleviation in the country of Xiangning: the identification and withdrawal of precision poverty alleviation are not accurate enough,the implementation of government is inadequate,dynamic information and materials on poverty alleviation need to be improved,and lack of approachable technical poverty alleviation measures in rural areas,etc.At the same time,it can be found that the factors that affect the effectiveness of precision poverty alleviation are mainly the age of farmers,precision identification,precision help,precision management,precision assessment,etc.This paper puts forward some effective and comprehensive suggestions for these problems and influencing factors.
