May 1,2016,the scope of the pilot reform and reform program was extended to the construction industry, financial industry, real estate industry and life service industry. At this point, the five-year increase in the number of reforms eventually covered all industries.Theoretically speaking, the change of business tax into VAT will help avoid double taxation by enterprises and reduce the economic burden on enterprises. However, due to the different business models and business environment of different industries, the impact and effect of tax reform on enterprises Very different.Under the general environment of taxation reform, will the implementation of the B2 V reform be able to solve the drawbacks of China's existing tax system since the 1994 tax sharing system? How can the reform bring about great benefits to the company? Can it be realized for the company to reduce the burden, promote the development of the company, and even promote the development? The original intention of the integration of the tertiary industry, policy makers and senior management personnel are particularly concerned about this. Therefore, the research in this paper has very important significance for the current economic environment. In order to study the impact of business reforms on business performance, this paper uses the existing research as a basis to analyze the correlation between business reforms and business performance, and the impact of business reforms on business performance in different industries. The impact of the scale of corporate performance is studied in these three aspects. In order to make the research results more intuitive and quantified, this paper uses empirical analysis methods to verify the impact of business reforms on corporate performance.By selecting 100 listed A-share listed companies covering all industries in Guangdong Province as sample sizes,From 2012 to 2016,in the financial report data in the database, calculate the earnings per share value as the dependent variable, select the “Camp reform” before and after, tax burden and operating cost as independent variables, and explore the camp through model construction and descriptive statistics.Change the impact on the business performance of the company. The empirical analysis results of this paper show that: 1.There is a significant positive correlation between the increase in business operations and business performance.2.According to the industry, the overall trend of the corporate performance level after the reform is rising. The changes can be roughly divided into the following three categories: The basic industries supported by the country have a steady increase in performance after the reform;some industries lack the support of downstream enterprises at the initial stage. As a result, the burden on companies has been aggravated in the short term, and the level of performance has declined first and then increased;the cultural industry has been in a state of volatility during the period of reform, and the level of performance has risen first before falling and then rising again.3.According to the size of the company's funds, the greater the scale of funds, the faster the level of corporate performance growth. Finally, according to the research conclusions of this article, the government proposes the following suggestions from a macro perspective: 1.The simple tax rate 2.Regulate the tax exemption policy 3.Support the basic civil production industry. From the micro perspective, the following suggestions are made for the enterprise side: 1.Rationally plan the investment in fixed assets 2.Increase the input tax deduction 3.Increase the financial management capability 4.Make reasonable tax planning.
