This project is a research and development activity carried out by XY company to improve the market share and richness of products.First of all,the xylose production enterprises can sell the waste residue,get the profit,reduce the cost and increase the profit rate;secondly,the sustained release compound fertilizer production enterprises get the relatively low cost raw materials,also reduce the production cost and increase the profit rate;finally,the waste residue of xylose production is used again to reduce the emission of pollutants and protect the ecological environment.Therefore,the technology of slow release compound fertilizer from xylose production residue is worth popularizing.This paper first introduces the research background and methods of this project,then combs the related literature of feasibility study,defines the concept of feasibility study and analyzes the research on the theory and practice of feasibility study by domestic and foreign scholars in recent ten years.In this paper,the implementation process of the sustained release compound fertilizer from the waste residue of xylose production was introduced in detail.Finally,the environmental protection analysis,economic benefit analysis and risk analysis were carried out,and the conclusions and prospects were put forward.The specific arrangements are as follows:The planning,demonstration,planning and coordination of the project are applied to relevant knowledge of feasibility study.Through scientific management of the project,it not only accelerates the progress of the project directly,but also saves time for the implementation of the project.The way of R & D is mainly experimental method.The key parameters and the process of slow release fertilizer were obtained through experiments.It ensures the scientificity and rigour of the project.Through scientific project management and rigorous experimental process,XY company finally completed the project of preparing slow release compound fertilizer from the waste residue of xylose production,and mastered the key parameters and process flow of the technology.The market prediction of the project is more objective and less risky.
