An Empirical Study On Collaborative Innovation Features And Operational Models Of I-U-R Institutions From The Perspective Of Value Creation

The collaborative innovation of industry-university research is a new form of organization that covers many subjects,across many fields and participates in a comprehensive way.It needs the organic integration and coordination of all participants and different levels and different forms of collaborative innovation activities.The collaborative innovation of production,learning and research is not only the innovation requirement raised by the eighteen party,but also the key to promote the progress of science and technology and realize the "2011 plan".Improving the value output is the fundamental purpose of the collaborative innovation operation of industry-university research.From the perspective of value creation,we discuss the operation mode and characteristics of the collaborative innovation of industry-university research,which can solve the problem of low output value and insufficient innovation from the source.Therefore,the perspective of value creation is a new breakthrough,which can better reveal the synergy,characteristics and operation mode of collaborative innovation.This paper mainly studies from the following aspects:First,by combing the related literature of collaborative innovation and value creation,this paper summarized the value ecological system of collaborative innovation of industry-university research.The value ecosystem includes the participants and their functional orientation of the collaborative innovation of industry-university research.It further explores the organizational mechanism of the value ecosystem,constructs the value ecological map,and summarizes the value characteristics of industry-university research.Secondly,according to the operational steps of the procedural root theory,we study the cooperative innovation mode of production,learning and research under the perspective of value creation.Through the open coding of 3 Industrial Technology Innovation Alliances,4 core categories are concluded.Then,4 core categories of spindle coding and selective coding are applied to organize other cases in the case.Finally,through the comparison and analysis of the 3 industrial alliance cases,the operation mode is amended and perfected.The operation mode of collaborative innovation includes four basic links: establishing value proposition,building value ecosystem,creating value and realizing value distribution.Further refine the creation from the perspective of collaborative research consistent features of innovation operation and system value of ecological value: customer value driven,customer value as the starting point of collaborative innovation operation;two stars led,collaborative research in the presence of a dominant subject in innovation,play a leading role in the stars the three leading enterprises;value win-win,cooperative win-win value innovation needs to realize each participating subject.
