Research On Financing Efficiency Of NEEQ Listed Enterprises In Gansu Province

Small and medium-sized enterprises are an important force for national economic and social development,for the small and medium-sized enterprises,financing difficulties,financing your is a problem has been the bottleneck restricting the development of their own,and came up with the new three board for small and medium-sized enterprises to develop a new financing channels.From the number of listed companies,the NEEQ has developed into the largest basic securities market in China.Gansu province since 2014 to develop NEEQ,continuous development for three years,although cannot match and other provinces and cities,but for the Gansu province small and medium-sized enterprise financing platform,improve the corporate governance structure,to promote the company brand image are playing an increasingly important role.NEEQ as the basis of capital market,as a future sustainable economic growth and an important force in economic structure transformation,in the Gansu province small and medium-sized enterprise financing efficiency what has played a role has become a this article main research content and the core part.This paper reviews the factors that affect the financing efficiency,evaluation system,such as literature,NEEQ in Gansu province as the background,analyzes the general situation of the development of NEEQ and the financing present situation,the main use of financial index system,through methods such as descriptive statistics and comparative analysis of the province listed 2015 12 sample companies listed on the timeliness of financing,financing costs and risks before and after the change were analyzed.Through the analysis found that the NEEQ in Gansu province small and medium-sized enterprise financing deficient factors of timeliness,control risk,equity financing activity has increased to a certain extent,but persistence is not high,profit ability didn't get the corresponding improvement,hinder the improvement of the financing efficiency.In addition,the financing method chooses and optimizes the financing structure's lack of consciousness,the innovation financing cost is higher,the financing cost reduces the less obvious.Next,select the time listed earlier Kim mau agriculture index system of financial analysis,before and after the analysis on the change of financial indicators,and according to the financing of small and medium-sized enterprises in Gansu province in improving the efficiency of the financing aspects can draw lessons from the experience.Finally,this paper puts forward some Suggestions on improving the financing efficiency of NEEQ enterprises in Gansu province from the aspects of enterprise itself and the NEEQ in Gansu province.
