Huairou District Rural Financial Investment Status Quo Of The Research

With the development of social economy and rapid process of urbanization,traditional investment seems to be unappeasable to meet the needs of investors.This is especially true in the rural regions,compare with urban residents,rural residents have huge disadvantages in effectively utilizing their surplus wealth to achieve increase in overall wealth due to the lack of financial management skills.The 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China was held at the Great Hall of the People,Beijing,between 18 and 24 October 2017.President Xi Jinping pointed out that completing the building of a moderately prosperous society is the key to socialism with Chinese characteristics.In order to accelerate the building of a moderately prosperous society,balance the level of wealth inequality between rural and urban residents,we should steadily promote rural reform,create a better investment climate and give them all-round support to bring them financial gains.This study is based on the annual income per capita survey conducted in the rural areas of Huairou district,theoretically analyzed the current financial status and investments of the residents,combined with the research on the investment strategy for rural residents under the new economy situation,proposed appropriate personal financial advice.This paper is divided into six chapters,the first chapter illustrates the research background,the significance and the current status at home and abroad;the second chapter introduces the main theories of residential financial investment;the third chapter studies the current personal wealth management situation,historical evolution and financial needs of the residents of Huairou District;the fourth chapter mainly analyzes the existing issues in the financial management of Huairou District residents;the fifth chapter proposes recommendations on the existing problems in the financial management of Huairou District residents;the sixth chapter summarizes the present situation and provides an outlook of the future of the Huairou District residents financial investment.residents...
