Research On The Influence Of Social Capital On Income Difference Of Urban Residents

After the third plenary session of the eleventh central committee,China implemented the policy of reform and opening up.It has promoted the rapid and steady development of China's economy for nearly 40 years,which has brought huge benefits to the Chinese people.In general,the living standards of our people have basically reached the goal of achieving common prosperity.But because our population base is too large,per capita GDP is much lower than that of developed countries.The social problem of income distribution,which has huge gap in income distribution,means that social members may not be able to choose a more valuable way of life.The problem of income distribution in China has continued to expand in the past 20 years.In the face of this situation,economic growth and social justice and stability have been challenged.In the process of rapid social and economic development,we cannot focus on the problem of farmers.Urbanization leads to a series of income problems that urban residents also face.For the reasons of the widening income gap in China,there are a number of studies showing that,geographical location factor is an important explanation element of increasing income disparity,unequal employment opportunity also prompts widening income gap,individuals affect by education degree of difference of income distribution gap is also has a strong explanatory power.In many explanation elements,from the view of the social capital,we discuss the influence of the social capital on the income through the data of JSNET 2014.According to the classification of the social capital: ascribed social capital and achieved social capital,we can discuss the interior of the social capital influent the income problems of urban resident.Through a series of empirical analysis it is concluded that: social capital has positive influence on the income of urban residents,including achieved social capital impact on the income of urban residents is very significant,in contrast,ascribed social capital to the urban residents' personal income gap is not significant independent influence.In economically developed areas in China,urban residents as well as achieved personal income was influenced by the social capital,on the other hand in the employed population,personal income b by the achieved social capital is obvious.So the social members in the cultivation of social capital,should no longer rely on native families,but should focus on training to expand their own social network,strengthen the cultivation of achieved social capital,expand the scale of social network,pay attention to the social network heterogeneity,increase social network,attach importance to interpersonal communication,careful management network.
