Interest rate marketization refers to financial institutions financing interest rates in the money market management,including interest rate decisions,interest rates,the marketization of interest rate structure and interest rate management.In fact,it is to make the bank released at the central bank's benchmark interest rate basis,according to their own management level,competition situation and market demand to determine their level of interest rates.Although most of the developed countries in the world has completely realized the marketization of interest rate,but for China,the interest rate marketization has been trying to advance,commercial Banks to the understanding of the marketization of interest rates also vary.Marketization of interest rate for a bank is a very tough revolution,which means that decades of interest rate controls era has been drifting away,the compression of loan spreads,competition intensified,letting Banks lay-make-money era is gone forever,only by expanding scale of a traditional way to make a profit has won't work,the bank of winter has come.That marketization reform for scale is not big,product service ability is weak,model control measures to prevent the rural commercial bank is not sound,is undoubtedly a great challenge.In this paper,based on the facts and figures,a detailed analysis of the XY rural commercial bank management present situation,elaborated under the background of interest rate marketization,agribusiness Banks have strengths and weaknesses,the opportunities and challenges,and finally put forward concrete strategy.Is divided into six parts:the first chapter mainly elaborated this article research background,purpose,significance,thinking methods and thesis framework and main innovation points and deficiencies;The second chapter to the domestic and foreign literature review,enumerates the experts at home and abroad knowledge of interest rate marketization;The third chapter expounds the marketization of interest rate in the domestic and foreign practices;The fourth chapter analyses XY rural commercial bank management present situation;The fifth chapter USES the SWOT analysis model,this paper analyzes the XY rural commercial bank themselves facing the strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and threats;Chapter 6 according to the actual situation proposed the XY rural commercial bank interest rate marketization business strategy.Therefore,study the XY rural commercial bank under the condition of commercial bank interest rate marketization management strategy is extremely urgent and necessary,this research aims to for XY rural commercial bank sustainable development of commercial Banks to provide decision-making basis.
