Research On The Growth Mechanism Of Small-mirco Technological Businesses Based On Entrepreneur Implicit Human Capital

Strong investment of China in development environment construction of small-mirco technological businesses,greatly reduced its operating pressure.However,the low survival rate of small-mirco technological businesses,even the collapse of cruel situation the industry suffered,the academic about small-mirco technological businesses focus has turned from the hard environment to internal competitiveness.Entrepreneur centered organization of human capital is the main driven force for the growth of small-mirco technological businesses.Therefore,entrepreneur's individual human capital as the theoretical background of research is an important way to explore the growth of small-mirco technological businesses.With a typical case of small-mirco technological businesses,internalized in the mind of the individual human capital is the key to the human capital structure.Therefore,the entrepreneur implicit human capital of small-mirco technological businesses growth mechanism as the research subject.Based on the active promotion of “innovation driven” and other series of strategies,small-mirco technological businesses have begun to emerge in large numbers.This paper takes the entrepreneur's implicit human capital as the theoretical point,and research the growth mechanism of the small-mirco technological businesses.Based on implicit human capital and enterprise growth theory combined the theoretical analysis with the empirical analysis.First of all,by citing typical cases and from point to surface,from the case of enterprise to small-mirco technological businesses,summarized the basic characteristics of small-mirco technological businesses,the internal and external driven force;Secondly,the growth mechanism analysis from the entrepreneur implicit human capital sources,key elements,and other growth driven force have fully imported the static and dynamic mechanism of small-mirco technological businesses growth are analyzed in theory;Then,empirical analysis,on the function of entrepreneur's implicit human capital,the growth path of small-mirco technological businesses has realized the mechanism of empirical analysis.The paper selects the entrepreneur's implicit human capital variables and items as behavioral variables indicators,organizational identification as the driven variables,organizational innovation performance as small-mirco technological businesses growth outcome variables,builds a conceptual model,and uses SPSS and AMOS tools on the concept model of logical empirical hypothesis to analyze and validate,standardized path coefficient of implicit human capital variables and items analyzes the growth contribution degree about the small-mirco technological businesses growth,and also verifies the model path hypothesis;Finally,summarizing the results of empirical analysis,putting forward to promoting countermeasures for the growth of small-mirco technological businesses.The study finds that the contribution of the implicit human capital of entrepreneurs to the growth of small-mirco technological businesses conforms the distribution of the implicit human capital structure,both internally and externally,and that the internally implicit human capital plays a major role.In the process of the direct effect,the standardized path coefficients of educational experience,product innovation,and judgment are at a high level,all of which are derived from the accumulated human capital over years.In the process of the indirect effects,social interpersonal relationships,and emotional adjustments are at a high level.The significance of mediating roles highlights the transitivity of the implicit human capital within organizations.
