| The major social contradictions in our country have been transformed into the contradiction between the people's ever-growing needs for a better life and the unbalanced and uneven development.With the development of the domestic economy,the advancement of social undertakings,the increase in the disposable income of residents and leisure time,the people's pursuit of a better life.With the changes in the main social contradictions and the increase in people's needs for a better life,the tourism industry,which ranks first in the happy industry,has been given a new mission of the times and the full exertion of the influence of the tourism industry is an inevitable requirement for conforming to the development of the society.At present,domestic tourism has entered the ―mass tourism‖ era.Tourism has become a part of the people's life.It has played an active role in promoting people's physical and mental health,improving the quality of life,harmonious interpersonal relationships,and spreading cultural knowledge.There are many low-income and disadvantaged groups that cannot enjoy the happiness brought about by tourism.How to solve the problem of ―low-income people and disadvantaged groups' travel problems‖,domestic and foreign scholars have made many attempts.Social tourism originated in Europe to solve ―low-income people‖ "Vulnerable groups" has provided guidance for the travel problem.In our country's social tourism,the tourism industry is booming,but there are already many tourism measures with welfare features,such as preferential measures for children,youth,the elderly,veterans,and the disabled.From the latitude of the ticket price,the tourism annual tickets allow more people to join the tour,sharing the sense of gain and happiness that tourism brings,and making tourism a truly happy industry that meets the growing needs of the people for a better life.Based on this,the article first reviews systematically the literature research at home and abroad,and elaborates the research progress of social welfare tourism and tourism annual votes from three aspects: concept definition,value effect,and empirical development.It also relies on new welfare economics,Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory and human rights theory explain the relationship between social tourism and tourism annual tickets,and lays a theoretical foundation for the empirical research of tourism annual tickets as social tourism.Secondly,the analysis of the evolution process of social tourism in time and space has defined the current development of social tourism and grasped the development of social tourism.The time is divided into six stages: the bud stage,the beginning stage,the stagnation stage,the heyday stage,the downturn stage,and the diversification stage.The social tourism first originated in Europe and then affected most countries and regions in the world.Finally,based on the domestic tourism annual ticket examples,the article selects the number of domestic tourism annual scenic spots from 2009 to 2016,and empirically analyzes the development of tourism annual tickets from both time and space.Starting from the inter annual changes in time,The development of domestic tourism annual tickets is divided into three phases: steady growth,high growth,and slow decline by comparing the number of domestic tourism annual scenic spots between 2009 and 2016 and the total number of tourist annual scenic spots in each year as a percentage of the total volume of the time period.Based on 2009 as the base period,calculating the ring growth/growth rate and regular development/growth rate,we can see that the overall development trend of the annual travel ticket is good;Spatially,the included area is divided into 7 regions.The spatial agglomeration of the scenic spot is measured by calculating the spatial distribution index and the coefficient of variation,and the dynamic rate is used to measure the rate of change of the scenic spot.This article analyzes the influencing factors of annual travel ticket using the principal component analysis method and concludes that the two main factors of ―social and tourism growth potential‖ and ―economic development potential‖ play a key role in the development of annual tourism ticket.The article hopes to research the content of social welfare tourism research and provide a valuable reference for the government to solve the problems of the vulnerable groups. |
