In June 2016,the Ministry of Finance released the "Outline for the Thirteenth Five-year Plan for Accounting Reform and Development" and clearly put forward that it will promote the extensive application of management accounting as the major task of accounting reform and development during the "13th Five-Year Plan" period.In December of the same year,the Ministry of Finance also promulgated the "Guidance on Management Accounting Application No.100 Strategic Management" to guide enterprises in effectively selecting and using management accounting tools.Nowadays,the hot topic in the economic times is how to improve the competitiveness of enterprises,while the traditional cost management can not adapt to the rapidly developing economic times.The changes facing the competitive environment of modern enterprises are the need to maintain and create competitive advantage,which directly affects the enterprise cost management.However,it is difficult to obtain the advantages needed to create and maintain competitiveness from traditional cost information management systems.To the end,strategic cost management has long-term and overall advantages.Therefore,implementing strategic cost management in Hanting Hotel is a scientific move.This article takes Hanting Hotel as the research object,based on the research results of domestic and foreign scholars on strategic cost management,using comparative analysis,literature analysis,normative evidence and other analysis methods,and further analyzes the strategic cost management of Hanting Hotel.First of all,it describes the current status of Han Ting Hotel's cost management,analyzes the hotel's early-stage input costs,operation and maintenance costs,facility maintenance costs,and promotion and promotion costs.It finds that Hanting Hotel has high maintenance costs,higher procurement costs,and higher room cost expenditures.The cost of human resources continues to rise and other cost management issues.Then proposed the introduction of Hanting Hotel to implement the strategic cost management of the necessity and feasibility.A SWOT analysis of the market and competitive environment in which Hanting Hotel is located will further clarify the strategic positioning of Hanting Hotels.The use of value chain analysis to find out the key components of Hanting hotel's cost structure.Then from the analysis of executive cost drivers and structural cost drivers,the main factors influencing the hotel cost of Hanting are discussed,and an effective strategic method suitable for hotel development and cost control is finally formulated.In order to manage the cost of the Hanting Hotel scientifically,the competitive status of the Hanting Hotel is improved,the operating efficiency is improved,and the green development of the Hanting Hotel is maintained. |
