Since the reform and opening up,China's non-public ownership economy has achieved rapid development.As of the end of 2016,small and micro enterprises,including private corporate legal persons and individual industrial and commercial households,have become the largest number of enterprise groups in China,the main driving force for the growth of the national economy,and the main channel for solving employment.Vigorously developing small and micro enterprises is an important measure to respond to the country's "mass entrepreneurship and innovation," and is an important support for the "industrial 2025" strategic goal.Due to the regional development level and economic structure,Heilongjiang Province has always been far away from the coastal developed provinces in terms of policy support,financing channels,and socialized service systems for small and micro enterprises,and even slightly different than Jilin and Liaoning provinces.Under this circumstance,choosing the right direction of development,and thus improving the service level of local banks for small and micro enterprises,and expanding the financing channels of small and micro enterprises have become an urgent problem to be solved.Longjiang Bank's Small Business Credit Center is a professional credit department established by Longjiang Bank Co.,Ltd.in 2009.The outlets cover the inner city of Heilongjiang Province and is the first SME credit franchise established in Heilongjiang Province with strong representation and practical significance.In this context,this paper uses the SWOT analysis method to elaborate and systematically analyze the development status and prospects of the Longjiang Bank's small business credit center.It mainly adopts a combination of theory and practice,and outlines the objects of the analysis itself.Advantages and disadvantages,opportunities and threats faced,and through the in-depth analysis of the internal and external environment of the analysis objects and their own core competencies,put forward the correct ideas and mode choices for Longjiang Bank's development strategy of small enterprise credit centers.this paper first introduced the background,purpose,and significance of this study to the development status and prospects of Longjiang Bank's small business credit center,and introduced the strategic positioning and development of domestic and foreign small and medium-sized commercial banks.Directional theoretical discussions and recent developments.The second chapter describes the current operating conditions and development history of the analysis objects,highlights the development of the entire business so far.The subsequent chapters proceed from the internal environment and the external environment,with the focus on interpreting the core competitiveness of the analysis target.Finally,Using SWOT analysis,the opportunities and challenges faced by the analysis target are clarified.By integrating the existing conditions,the rationalization proposals for the next choice of development strategy are given and the possible strategic objectives are proposed.In-depth elaboration and systematic analysis are mainly based on a combination of theory and practice.They outline the advantages and disadvantages of the analysis targets,the opportunities and threats they face,and pass through the analysis of the internal and external environment of the target and their own core capabilities.Analyze and propose the correct ideas and mode choices for the development strategy of Longjiang Bank's small enterprise credit center.
