| Talent is the basic factor and motive force of enterprise development.The degree of satisfaction is not only related to the degree of work engagement and engagement of employees,but also directly affects the work results and performance.It is a "barometer" that reflects the level of human resource management.In the highly competitive building materials industry,we can grasp the ideological situation of the employees in a timely and comprehensive way,constantly improve their job satisfaction,and mobilize and stimulate the internal vitality.It is an important subject to strengthen enterprise management and realize sustainable development.Based on the domestic and foreign research status and related theories,this paper takes QY Building Materials Company as the research object,through the design and distribution of questionnaires.SPSS 20.0 statistical software was used to analyze the descriptive statistics and reliability of the data,and the influencing factors of employee satisfaction were analyzed from various aspects.And find out the main factors that affect the employees' job satisfaction.From the results,we can see that the average score of QY building materials company employees' job satisfaction is 3.20,the score is on the middle side.Some aspects are still below the middle level,indicating that the employees of QY Building Materials Company are not satisfied with their own jobs,and enterprises and employees are not satisfied with their work.On the basis of this,this paper makes a descriptive analysis of seven aspects that affect the job satisfaction of QY Building Materials Company.The results of the survey show that.QY building materials company employees think that the current company team cooperation and colleagues are relatively harmonious,safe and comfortable working environment,more reasonable work equipment.The overall satisfaction of these three aspects of the survey is high.But the problem is also more prominent,mainly reflected in the low level of compensation and welfare of QY building materials company,less opportunities for staff training and learning,and the company leadership level to be improved.Lack of confidence in personal development,unfair promotion mechanism,resulting in employee job satisfaction problems The main reasons include: lack of confidence in personal development,low salary level and unscientific compensation system,leadership needs to be improved and organizational management neglects employee focus management.At the same time,targeted to improve the QY building materials company employee job satisfaction countermeasures.For employees to provide a platform for personal development,we should ensure that the promotion process results are fair.Widening the path of promotion and creating diversified training channels;In order to build a fair and competitive compensation system,we should guarantee the fairness and fairness of the compensation system and establish a scientific performance appraisal mechanism.In the aspect of improving the satisfaction degree of leadership,we should apply scientific and perfect management methods to manage employees,standardize employees with pragmatic and pro-people management system and establish harmonious communication relationship between superiors and subordinates.In order to improve the level of organization management,we should enhance the confidence of staff development through enhancing psychological intervention.To encourage employees to participate in the formulation of corporate strategies and improve the company's internal system construction. |
