With the rapid economic development,infrastructure investment in power grid enterprises will continue to increase.The construction of power infrastructure will have an overall impact on the development of the national economy.With the construction of power generation projects,matching transmission and transformation projects are also under continuous development.Due to the capital-intensive and technology-intensive features of power transmission and transformation projects,there are many factors that affect the investment return of the project,such as large investment scale,equipment types,high technical requirements,long payback period,complex project investment decisions and difficulties.Therefore,the research on risk evaluation of bidding for power transmission and transformation projects has important theoretical and practical significance for risk prevention and control of power enterprises.Firstly,the research defined the concept and connotation of the bidding risk of the power transmission and transformation project,combed the current theoretical model of the research on bidding and purchasing risk of power equipment.Secondly,Based on the analysis of the risk factors affecting the bidding of projects,the index system of bidding risk assessment of power transmission and transformation project including the relevant indexes of bidding risk of power transmission and transformation project was constructed.Based on the relevant data of transmission and transformation project,this research evaluates the bidding risk of power transmission and transformation project by using support vector machine model,and then compares the evaluation result with the comprehensive index evaluation result.The research shows that: it is feasible to apply support vector machine model to bidding risk assessment of power transmission and transformation projects,which is as effective as traditional risk assessment techniques;there is a complex relationship between the risk of bidding of transmission and distribution project and its influencing factors;the risk of supply-related issues and the risk of supply delay in the bidding risk assessment of power transmission and transformation projects,the power grid enterprises need to intensify the prevention and control in the actual work of bidding for power transmission and transformation projects.
