Stock option incentives originated in developed countries in Europe and America in the 1970s and were widely used and promoted once they were introduced.Compared with Europe and the United States,the use of option incentives in China is shorter,but the use of option incentives in the company is very obvious.Option incentives are an incentive model that companies generally adopt to retain talent.They are common in some large companies.Studying the changes in company performance before and after the use of option incentives by listed companies has important practical significance for optimizing corporate governance structure and improving the speed and quality of development.First of all,this article reads the relevant literature research,classifies the literature,and sorts out the research results related to this research.These research results include the study of the factors that influence the performance of listed companies,the changes in the factors that influence the company's performance before and after the use of option incentives,the selection of performance indicators,and research methods.Secondly,analyze the performance of listed companies before and after using option incentives,analyze the development characteristics of listed companies before and after the use of option incentives,and conduct horizontal and vertical comparisons of listed companies using option incentives.This article takes 67 listed companies from 2011 to 2013 as the research object,collects and sorts out the financial data of each listed company using the option incentive for three years,and selects three performance indicators:total assets return rate,return on net assets,and profit rate on main business.To analyze.And using independent sample T test and paired sample T test and variance analysis method to study performance indicators,explore the performance changes of listed companies before and after the use of option incentives.The empirical research results show that there is a positive correlation between option incentives and the company's operating performance.In order to further enhance the company's value and market competitiveness,it puts forward suggestions for the problems of the listed companies that currently use option incentives...
