As an effective financing channel and high yield investment product,equity investment has been attracting more and more attention and the investment crowd is more and more extensive.Equity investment itself is weak in terms of risk management and control,ideas and techniques.With the expansion of equity investment scale,part of project risk events are also exposed.Therefore,how to strengthen the discovery and disposal of the risk of equity investment has become the most important part of the success or failure of the equity investment projects and even the survival of the financial institutions.The premise of an equity investment project is to have a reliable,accurate and comprehensive understanding of the Target Corp,and all this comes from due diligence,and all serious,responsible and true due diligence reports are essential.It is required that we should first strengthen the understanding of the industry in the Target Corp.Only on this basis can we have a better understanding of the competitiveness of the Target Corp and its future development,and then we can make a thorough analysis of the Target Corp's face through the report on all aspects of Target Corp.The risk point is to control the whole process of equity investment.This paper mainly adopts case analysis method to analyze related cases.It is feasible to combine theory with practice by analyzing concrete cases and combining with other scholars' research results.The literature research method has been adopted.At present,equity investment has been studied to some extent at home and abroad.Through studying and studying a lot of documents,we can further study on the basis of other scholars' research and specific practical cases.Through discussing the specific problems and exposing risks of D private equity investment,we focus on risk control of D company's exposure risk points.
