As the name implies,Fintech is the dynamic integration of finance and technology.Fintech provides the technical basis for Robo-Advisor.The high threshold and high charge of the traditional artificial advisor hinder the development of inclusive finance.As an importance part of Fintech,Robo-Advisor helps investors to realize the dynamic asset investment allocation of "low cost,zero basis and expert level",using the artificial intelligence and big data technologies.According to comparative analysis and case analysis,this thesis compares CMB's Machine Gene investment,which is the first one entering the area of Robo-Advisor in China's banks,with Betterment and Wealthfront which is a mature Robo-Advisor platform in the United States.SWOT matrix analyzes the strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and threats of Machine Gene investment with the internal and external data of Machine Gene investment and self experience.The thesis proposes a series of suggestions such as the construction of the system of laws and regulations,enhancement of investors' financial education and protection,reinforcement of the information disclosure system and improvement of the products.This paper suggests the shortages of the current Robo-Advisor in our country,combining the successful experience of the mature platform and the future trend of the Robo-Advisor.
