Financial Strategy Research Under Asset-light Business Model Of Metersbonwe Apparel

With economic growth slowing down,the market share of domestic garment industry has gradually reached saturation,and the competition among the clothing enterprises has become more intense.Therefore,in order to cultivate core competence,enhance competitive power and gain new profit growth points,more and more enterprises begin to transform to light asset business model.However,not all enterprises that implement the asset-light business model have been successful,and some have problems in the operation of the asset-light business model,Such as Metersbonwe.Therefore,in order to avoid the problems arising from the operation of asset-light business model,it should match the strategy properly.This paper aims at the problems existing in the financial strategy under the light asset business model of Metersbonwe.Using the smile curve theory of asset-light business model and the value chain theory of enterprise operation,First of all,on the basis of information and data collection,This analyzes the characteristics of the light asset business model and its financial strategy in the business model.Then compared with the average level of the same industry,the current financial characteristics of Metersbonwe were analyzed.In addition,through a comparison analysis with the financial capability of semir clothing,theproblems existing in the current financial strategy were analyzed from the perspective of investment strategy,financing strategy,working capital management and dividend distribution policy.Finally,it puts forward some constructive suggestions for improvement.
