Research On The Effectiveness Of Internal Control Of Daphne

Under the situation of monetary tightening and trade protectionism emergence,Chinese economic growth has been hampered.Most listed companies are undergoing transformation to adapt to the development of the times.However,the transition-type firms are more likely to have loopholes in operation and management,and lack of effective internal control.As a listed company,Daphne has also been affected by the slow development of the clothing industry.In addition to the ongoing operating losses,the company is facing sales decline,performance decline and constant closure.This is mainly caused by the failure of internal control.Therefore,the study of the effectiveness of internal control of Daphne is very important.This paper aims to study the effectiveness of internal control of Daphne company by studying the domestic and foreign literature and the basic theory of internal control.Daphne internal control effectiveness evaluation index system is constructed according to Basic Standards of Internal Control in Enterprises and Guidelines on Internal Control Evaluation in Enterprises.This research use the analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method for fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of Daphne internal control effectiveness.According to the comprehensive evaluation results,the effectiveness of Daphne's internal control is slightly invalid,and it is concluded that internal environment,risk assessment and information and communication mainly affect the effectiveness of internal control.In the end,this paper puts forward some concrete suggestions to improve the effectiveness of Daphne's internal control,such as improving the corporate governance structure,making scientific development model,implementing effective human resource policy,paying attention to the group culture construction,improving the risk management mechanism,improving the risk evaluation system and Establishing effective channels of communication.The study on the effectiveness of Daphne's internal control can not only help the group to improve its internal control system,but also raise the level of internal control effectiveness.It also helps to provide reference for other shoe companies in the same industry to improve their internal control effectiveness.
