Study On The Effect Of Poverty Alleviation In Guangxi Rocky Desertification Area Based On The Theory Of Ecological Compensation

Poverty is not only a comprehensive phenomenon of social material life and spiritual life,but also the result of unbalanced development of various factors such as economy,politics,society and culture.Baise rocky desertification area is characterized by remote location,deteriorating ecological environment,wide distribution of poor population and backward culture and education.Its poverty problem is very severe.In the process of poverty alleviation,the government needs to solve the complex problems such as the driving force of economic growth is not strong,the effective way of poverty alleviation is slow,and the period of poverty alleviation and development is relatively long.Practice shows that in order to eliminate the poverty problem in the area effectively,relying solely on the single player's poverty alleviation and development is not effective.We must establish a new coordination mechanism and operation mode of the new local government's poverty alleviation and development,so as to fundamentally alleviate the poverty problem in the area.Therefore,it is of great theoretical significance and practical value to study the combination of poverty alleviation and desertification control in the rocky desertification area of Baise.Based on the theory of poverty alleviation and development and local government cooperation in poverty alleviation and development,using the methods of literature analysis and quantitative analysis,based on the idea of the Baise rocky desertification area ecological compensation of rocky desertification control and poverty alleviation and development combination,the influence factors of ecological compensation in Baise rocky desertification area and poverty reduction effect on the line the empirical analysis concluded that: increase the Baise rocky desertification control efforts,scientific development and rational utilization of agricultural and ecological environment recovery not only has a great strategic significance,and is the guarantee of economic development in the Baise area,promoting the farmers' income and improving their quality of life,an important support to promote social harmony,itis Baise completely out of poverty,to achieve the great goal of a comprehensive well-off premise.The article is divided into five parts: the first part mainly introduces the background and significance of the research,summarizes the research at home and abroad,studies the main contents,methods and technical routes,and points out the innovations and shortcomings.The second part is mainly about the definition of related concepts and the theoretical basis of the research.It gives the definition of the concept of ecological compensation and poverty alleviation,and the related theories of ecological compensation and poverty alleviation.The third part mainly discusses the causes of poverty of Baise rocky desertification and ecological compensation management.The fourth part is an example analysis.By means of multiple linear regression analysis,we made an empirical analysis of the effect of the measures of ecological compensation on the effect of poverty alleviation in the poor areas of Baise in recent twelve years.The sixth chapter is to draw conclusions from the results of the fifth chapter analysis,and gives some suggestions and prospects of the author's ecological compensation for poverty alleviation.
