Research Of The People's Daily's Comments On "Three Rural" In The Five Years Since The 18th CPC National Congress

Since the 18th CPC National Congress,The new generation of leaders' emphasis on three dimensional rural issues has been developed to a new height.Many related policies have been promulgated in succession.The People's Daily,as a leader of national media for party affairs,actively explores the path of media convergence.With its news commentary,which is known as "the biggest advantage of traditional media",the People's Daily,not only holds the position of public opinion of "agriculture,rural areas and farmers" propaganda,but also expands its audience with the reviews on "agriculture,rural areas and farmers" with new media features,makes the consensus work more targeted and effective.This paper chooses the comments of The People's Daily on agriculture,rural areas and farmers as a research object.Furthermore,this paper selects comments that were published from the 18th National Congress to the 19th National Congress of the People's Republic of China(from November 8,2012 to October 18,2017)in newspapers,Weibo and WeChat as analysis samples,studying the reform and innovation of the comments on"agriculture,rural areas and farmers" of the party newspaper under the trend of media convergence,summarizing the successful experience and analyzing the problems.First of all,the paper sorts out and analyzes the basic features of the comments from newspapers,weibo and WeChat of the People's Daily respectively.Because of the different features of the three platforms and their comments,the paper makes statistics and analysis from eight aspects,including the number of published articles,the setting of columns and the characteristics of the layout,the source of the articles,the content of the selected topics,the title writing,the comments,the writing methods and the release time.Then a summary is made on the four changes about the comments of The People's Daily on agriculture,rural areas and farmers during the five years,and the paper analyzes the reasons of this changes from three aspects:policy adjustment,technology promotion and audience change.In the end,by analyzing the problems existing in People's Daily's comments on agriculture,rural areas and farmers from the aspects of writing style,author group and communication mode,the paper puts forward some suggestions for improvement that is beneficial to its development,and make a prospect for the development of Party newspaper's review relating to agriculture,rural areas,and rural people in the ending part.This paper considers,The People's Daily's comments on agriculture,rural areas and farmers were doing well on the whole,which opened up a wider audience market for itself,set up a public opinion platform for people who understand agriculture,love the countryside and love farmers to share and exchange ideas,and establish a fair,authoritative,pro-people media image of party newspaper.Therefore,its characteristic is worth the domestic other media to learn,this practical result also deserves our discussion and research.In the meantime,the problems and difficulties it faces is also the common problems in domestic media,which is worth pondering and taking warning.
