| With the continuous development of the social economy,the number of private cars is increasing rapidly.Traveling by car has become a major mode of transportation for modern urban residents.However,The problems such us traffic congestion and environmental pollution caused by the increasing number of cars are also becoming increasingly serious.More and more countries and regions are focusing on adjusting the travel structure and advocating green traffic,and slow transportation system is highly valued and developed.As an important component of Non-motorized Transportation,public bicycle system plays an important role in alleviating traffic pressure,reducing pollution,and saving energy.As a kind of public transportation,the public bicycle system need a relatively high cost during the rental station construction.The construction funds are completely provided by the government,for which it is difficult to achieve one step.Therefore,how to make a location decision for public bicycle rental stations which conforms to all the restrictions is particularly important in the construction of public bicycle systems.Making a reasonable location decision of public bicycle rental stations can effectively reduce the problems found during the process of the public bicycle using such as “no bicycle available” and “nowhere to return bicycles”.Reasonable location decision can also improve the service level of public bicycles.While introducing the constitution of the public bicycle system,this article analyzed the basic characteristics of the public bicycle from the aspects of bicycle characteristics and public transportation characteristics.The characteristics of public bicycle travel are analyzed in terms of time and space,using the statistical data,and the factors that affect the public bike travel are also analyzed.While analyzing the characteristics of space-time distribution of public bicycle demand,the sharing rate of public bicycle is forecasting with Nested Logit model.Combined with the travel OD data,the calculation method for the demand of public bicycles is given from the two levels of the traffic zone and the rental station.Combine with public bicycle OD,public bicycle alternative rental stations are first located at places such us residential areas,large-scale public buildings and important transportation hubs.Voronoi diagram algorithm is used to supplement the alternative rental stations.A multi-target model for public bicycle rental stations location was established.Combining the related knowledges of Monte Carlo stochastic simulations and queuing theory,this paper proposes a calculation method of parking piles for public bicycle rental stations,which is applied to the model.Finally,the NSGA-II algorithm was used to solve the model of public bicycle rental station location.Taking an area of Changchun as an example,the location of public bicycle rental stations is selected using the method of public bicycle rental stationt location proposed in the article,and the obtained Pareto optimal solution set is analyzed and discussed. |
