At present,the external environment of various industries is changing rapidly and the competition is fierce.Therefore,the cost management of enterprises is higher.All enterprises must combine the actual exploration of a management method that will help to continue to reduce costs.Strategic cost management based on value chain is an important component of enterprise management,which can effectively reduce cost.Global economy integration,the transition between the competition between enterprises model and based on the personalized requirements of users,the more emphasis on the competition,the enterprise competition and is no longer just based on products and services of quality,cost,price competition,etc.The implementation of value chain strategy management helps enterprises to control costs and rationally coordinate enterprise internal and external environment and resources to promote the development of enterprises through the integration of enterprise value chain.The case study of Beidaihuang Group's strategic cost management based on the value chain mainly uses the literature analysis method,case analysis method,qualitative and quantitative combined analysis method,the value chain analysis as the basic entry point,the Beidaihuang Group as the research object,and the cost driver.Based on analysis,strategic positioning analysis,and value chain analysis,this paper analyzes the strategic cost drivers of the Great Northern Wilderness Group based on the value chain.Based on this,it analyzes the Great Northern Wilderness Group based on competitors' value chains,vertical value chains,and internal value chains.The strategic cost management elaborated in detail how Beijing Great Wilderness Group used the value chain for strategic cost management methods and optimized various resource allocations to consolidate the competitiveness of Beijing Great Wilderness Group.In the end,we elaborated on the effectiveness and deficiencies of the strategic cost management of Beijing Great Wilderness Group,and put forward relevant suggestions for improvement.Focusing on value chain analysis,strategic management based on the value chain will help the Beijing Great Wilderness Group to reduce costs,lead the Beijing Great Wilderness Group to understand its own production and operation characteristics,and reasonably formulate development strategies to gain competitive advantages.
