With the increasing competition in the global market,competition among enterprises is inevitable.traditional enterprises gradually evolved into ecological enterprises in the process of development.Today we are in the era of the internet,large group enterprises in the future most of the strategic plan to choose the platform strategy,group enterprises to evolve into ecological enterprise is the result of the survival role of market fittest.In the development of ecological enterprises,related party transactions become high frequency,high breadth,high permeability,and the resulting financial risks are more complex and diversified,so the study of financial risks and countermeasures of related party transactions in ecological enterprises is imperative.Chinese and foreign scholars on related party transactions mainly focus on listed companies,through the systematic study and induction of relevant literature,we find that the research on related party transactions of ecological enterprises is very insufficient,so the research on related party transactions of ecological enterprises can help enterprises to avoid financial risks.In the process of research,the paper comprehensively uses the literature research method and case analysis method to study and analyze the financial risk of related party transactions of letv network,and analyzes the causes of financial risk caused by violations of related party transactions of letv network.finally,the paper puts forward the corresponding countermeasures for the financial risk control of related party transactions of ecological enterprises in four aspects of financing,investment,fund recovery and operating funds,so as to better develop ecological enterprises.
