With the rapid development of Internet technology,the competition among e-commerce platforms is becoming increasingly fierce.The user experience in the process of consumers in online shopping become the main factors that affect the purchase intention,so focus on the characteristics of consumer shopping behavior of consumers,to optimize the user experience is very important.The theory of flow in positive psychology provides a new perspective for studying consumer behavior and emotional needs of consumers.Based on existing domestic and international studies on the basis of learning and retrieval,the theoretical support for e-commerce platform design related,cut into the flow of the process,consumer shopping behavior analysis of consumer behavior attributes,e-commerce platform and flow theory,the relationships between the three flow to build the e-commerce platform.This paper has completed the definition of the platform and research group of the automobile aftermarket e-commerce platform,and analyzed the main e-commerce platform in the post-market industry.Through questionnaire survey,semi-structured interview,voice thinking test and other methods,the user experience was analyzed in a multi-dimensional way,and the elements of flow experience were extracted.Finally,based on the theory of flow PAT in the model and the theory of five elements of user experience to explore the auto market after the flow model of the electric business platform and on this basis,the market after the car electric business platform design practice.This paper analyzes the flow influence on online consumer behavior,and innovative to auto market after the electric business platform as the carrier,through psychology center flow theory to explore the design of' the electric business platfonrm strategy and user experience in the design of universal laws.
