Research On Consumption Thought Of Marx

The consumption thought of Mars not only is an important part of Marxist Political Economics theory but also has a very important position in the whole theoretical system of Marx.It came into shape on the basis of critical inheritance of ideas of utopian socialists and classical economists.The Marx consumption thought has a rich content,which includes general consumption theory under the condition of social production,criticism of the capitalism under the condition of consumption,and assumptions on future social consumption and distribution principles of consumer goods.Marx thinks consumer relation is not only about the relation between subject and object,but also about the production relation between individuals.We can't use production to talk about consumption and the consumption in the process of social reproduction.Consumption is associated with production,exchange and distribution,and they have influence on each other and interact with each other.Production determines consumption and consumption in turn has an important effect on production.Marx divides social production into two major classes: material production and consumption production,analyzes the relation proportion the two classes should keep under the condition of social production socialization production,and on its basis further analyzes the relation proportion that should be kept between consumer goods and luxury goods.Consumption ability thought is a significant content of Marx's consumption ideas.Marx social consumption ability neither depends on the productivity of absolute,nor on absolute consumption ability,but depends on the consumption ability which is based on the confrontational relations of distribution.Marx argues that,capitalism production purpose determines the capitalist social consumption and production are confrontational,which can be seen not only in the workers' consumption alienation phenomenon,but also in the contradiction that the production is widening infinitely while the consumption becomes relatively narrow,and this contradiction is the basic contradiction of capitalism.To eliminate consumption alienation and the antagonistic contradiction between consumption and production,the capitalist private ownership and employment relations must be eliminated.On the basis of critique of capitalist consumption alienation and confrontation,Marx envisions the ideal future social consumption blueprint,and points out the future social consumer goods distribution principle is distribution according to work and needs.The consumption thought of Mars presents important guidance and enlightenment significance for us to adapt to the request of the consumer upgrades,to deepen supply-side structural reform,to handle the proportion relation between the production and consumption,and to improve the distribution system to expand consumption ability.
