Research On The Countermeasures Of Huainan Affordable Housing Construction

Housing is an important part of the people's livelihood.The state has worked hard to build a sound security housing system to solve the housing problems of low and middle-income families,and actively promote the development of security housing.After many years of hard-work,there has been a productive of security housing construction,the housing conditions of urban residents have improved,but the development of security housing and the commercial housing market development are not balanced,security housing supply can't satisfy the needs of the low and medium-income people,in part low and medium-income people still don't solve the housing problem,the future of security housing in our country still has long way to go.Huainan,as the first pilot city in anhui province to use the housing provident fund to support the construction of affordable housing,studied and analysed the situation of housing development in huainan city with certain representativeness.This paper starts with the theoretical basis of affordable housing,introduces the relevant concept of affordable housing,and studies the development course of affordable housing in China.Analyzed the case of the development of affordable housing,the security housingwork of huainan is given priority the construction of public rental housing and shantytown,although it has got great achievements,but still lie in the imperfection of the entry exit mechanism,lack of fund-raising way,housing location planning is not reasonable,the relevant department failure to perform the relevant regulations on the construction of affordable housing strictly.In order to promote the healthy development of affordable housing construction in huainan city,through the comparative analysis of the United States,Japan,Singapore and other regions of the successful construction experience,and putting forward some concrete Suggestions and measures to improve the housing security work of Huainan: giving full play to the government's leading role,establishing management institution separately for security housing;plan and layout of security housing must be scientific and reasonable;Broaden the financing channels;improving the mechanism of access and exit;Increasing housing resource for security housing;disposing the subsequent work of security work.
