Research On Development Of New Urbanization In Changle Heshang Town

New urbanization development has attracted much interest in the context of the new normal of China's economy and the new period of integration development of urban and rural areas.New urbanization not only helps to improve the overall appearance of the town,improve the quality of life of residents,but also becomes an important driving force for local economic and social developments.Look from the whole,the tendency of new urbanization in China is getting stronger at present.Heshang town,Changle county as one of the new urbanization demonstration areas in Fujian Province,its new urbanization development is more important and special.However,difficulties and challenges in the process of new urbanization are inevitable in Heshang town due to the complicated economic situation of China at present.Therefore,it is very important to discover a scientific and reasonable way to handle the difficulties and challenges of new urbanization for Heshang town.Based on the Uban-rural Dual Structure Theory and Urban-rural Integration Theory,through the induction,integration and distillation of existing literature,this research studies the new urbanization development of Heshang town with SWOT-CLPV Model analysis method.The research results show that the promotion of industrial transformation and upgrading,improvement of town appearance and implement the humanistic management concept of Heshang town were actively accelerated by new urbanization process.Though some achievements have been made in the process of new urbanization,problems are still remaining.For instance,the development of traditional leading industry is under pressure,strategic emerging industry growth encounters difficulties,and talent attraction capacity in the region is inadequate and the protection mechanism of residents interests needs to be improved etc.At this point,this study uses the SWOT-CLPV Model analysis method to analyse the inherent strengths,weaknesses,the external opportunities and challenges of Heshang town's new urbanization process in order to dig out the positive factors and negative factors influencing the Heshang town new urbanization process.With the help of these factors,this research analyses the leverage advantage situation,the problematic competition situation,the restraining market situation and the frangibility competition situation so as to put forward countermeasures and suggestions on promoting Heshang town's new urbanization process.Main conclusions of this research are as follows:1.it is important to combine external environment opportunities with internal advantages to promote the development of new urbanization in Heshang town.2.Internal weakness will inhibit internal advantage,which leads to negative impacts on Heshang town new urbanization process.3.The threat of external environment leads to the weakening of internal advantages,which will also have a negative impact on the development of new urbanization in Heshang town.4.The internal weakness and the external environment threat will challenge the new urbanization development of Heshang town.Based on the analysis above,countermeasures of taking the initiative to grasp the external opportunities,well positioning to make use of their own advantages,practicing the concept of urban construction,deepening the reform to break the system barriers are put forward in the research.
