Research On The Green Transformation In Sichuan Province

In recent years,China's industrial development speed has been slowing down,with serious industrial pollution,irrational industrial structure and low economic efficiency.It is urgent to change the way of economic development,we need take the path of green industrialization with high technology content,low resource consumption and low environmental pollution.13 th five-year planing pointed out: " in China,in the next five years,the industrial environment of our country will be profound changes,we must firmly establish and earnestly implement the" innovation,harmonious and green,open,sharing "concept,promote the transformation of development mode,and promote the conversion of kinetic energy,supplement the development of short board,solve prominent problems in the development." Sichuan province,located in the economically backward western region,is also facing problems such as excessive resource consumption,serious environmental pollution,extensive development mode,unbalanced supply and demand,weak competitiveness of products and technology.Take Sichuan as the research object,wii make contributions to the local development,and have a great significance theoretical meaning and practical meaning to other regions in the west region.Based on the relatively new empirical data,the essay was calculated TFP and GTFP index through the model of DEA and Malmquist-Luenberger model,and comparing the green total factor productivity in sichuan province to the other provinces in order to find existing problems in sichuan province.And then through the calculation of the total factor productivity in sichuan province from 1999 to 2015,analyses the existing problems in the development.Finally,the writer measure the technical efficiency and technical progress efficiency of 21 states in sichuan province from 1999 to 2015.And through the econometric model analyzes the influence factors of total factor productivity,in order to make some suggesstion for sichuan industrial transformation and provides some green paths for the economic development of sichuan province.The empirical results show that:(1)1999-2015,green industrial total factor productivity significantly lower than the traditional total factor productivity,sichuan industrial total factor productivity level behind the green Beijing,jeannine downie,Shanghai,zhejiang,shandong,guangdong,etc.(2)the growth of industrial total factor productivity is mainly due to technological progress,while the regression of green whole factor productivity is also mainly affected by the decline of technological progress.(3)in 1999-2015,the productivity level of overall green total factor productivity of sichuan was rising,and the capacity of industrial growth and the coordinated development of the resource environment increased continuously.However,regional development is unbalanced.The chengdu plain region has the best development,and the panxi economic zone ranks second.(4)finally,through econometric analysis,it is found that economic level,technical input,opening to the outside world,and environmental regulation have a positive driving effect on the growth of green total factor productivity.
