Under the impetus of agricultural technology progress,China's grain output has achieved "Twelve continuous increase".However,in recent years,with the development of grain demand rigid labor supply and demand imbalance,the farmers' enthusiasm weakened the international market,regulating their space narrowing have become increasingly prominent,further exacerbated the instability and risk of grain production,in this context,improve food production capacity and ensure the the balance of food supply,food security must rely on the progress of agricultural technology.This article first classifies the technological progress of wheat,and analyzes the relationship between various technological advances and the development of wheat production.With the help of clustering stochastic frontier production function model and analysis method,the contribution of input elements is analyzed?Finally,using the methods of bibliometrics and scientometrics analysis,using the CiteSpace software information visualization analysis method to analyze the path of technological progress since China's reform and opening up,and put forward scientific and reasonable suggestions in the path of technological progress for the future development of grain production in china.The research shows that:(1)Various technological advances in wheat have important implications for further improving wheat production efficiency,stabilizing and developing China's wheat industry;(2)Seen from the calculation results of wheat inputs,by turning the elastic coefficient of unit area of land on the amount of labor reflects the negative,the labor input of wheat planting appeared the problem of redundancy;the output elasticity of material costs in addition to fertilizer and Fertilizer on the wane,the role has gradually increased,which has a close relationship with the fertilization,scientific fertilization.;(3)The average annual technological progress rate of wheat production in China is 1.24%,but the regional difference is more obvious.Most of the production areas are positive,while the annual technological progress rate of 2 producing areas in Sichuan and Yunnan is negative;(4)Since the reform and opening up in 1978,high yield wheat technology has occupied a dominant position,which is the main cultivation technique for high yield of wheat and breeding technology;since 1990 s to strengthen the quality of wheat varieties to cultivate,has bred 29 high-quality wheat varieties;(5)From the early 1980 s began to strengthen wheat stripe rust and sheath blight,scab and powdery mildew prevention technology research,at the same time,since the end of the 80 s wheat mechanized production in the large-scale promotion,wheat mechanization level has reached more than 80%,the basic realization of mechanized production nationwide;(6)As a whole,the technological progress of wheat production since reform and opening up is "high-yield cultivation technology + breeding technology--pest and disease control technology + mechanization technology--high quality special wheat--pest and disease control technology +disease and pest control technology +high-quality,disease-resistant and efficient breeding technology";(7)The technological progress of wheat production is to develop,innovate and popularize the production technology with the change of national conditions,agricultural policy and market demand.At the present stage,we should pay more attention to the research and development and application of biochemical technology progress,cultivate and popularize more wheat varieties with high quality,high efficiency and disease resistance,and strengthen the international life.Technology cooperation,research and development of more advanced production technology,at the same time pay more attention to the coordinated development of hard technology and soft technology,strengthen the research and development of hard technology investment,and apply hard technology to production practice.Based on the above research,this study in the fifth chapter puts forward the following 4 suggestions:(1)To rely on technological progress,increase investment in research and development of bio chemical technology;(2)Market oriented adjustment of varieties and quality structure of wheat production;(3)Increase investment in agricultural infrastructure construction and enhance government support;(4)Establish science and technology extension service system agriculture.
