Research On The Ecological Security Of Land In Loudi City,Louxing District

At present,the transformation and development of resource-based cities have to face the problems of serious environmental pollution,gradual depletion of mineral resources,prominent social conflicts,and sluggish industrial development.On April 21,2017,the Central Economic Zone of Hunan Province(ZhuZhou-XiangTan-LuoDi)was designated as the first transformation and upgrading demonstration area for old industrial cities and resource-based cities.It explored the experience of the transformation of resource-based cities in China.The development of LouDi has been dominated by industry.The industry needs to be covered by a wide range of transformations,environmental governance is difficult,and ecological environmental issues are increasingly prominent.The research on ecological security of land in LouXing District is representative.This paper selects the four time nodes of 2009,2012,2014 and 2016,and obtains land use data for four years through remote sensing image interpretation and statistics.The temporal and spatial changes of land use in LouXing District,during the past ten years,were analyzed based on the changes in the rate of change in each category,conversion relationship,land use degree,and landscape pattern.The characteristics and problems of current land use were summarized.Based on the spatial and temporal changes in the value of ecological services in the districts and townships,15 evaluation indicators were selected to construct the PSR assessment model,and the land ecological security status in LouXing District and each township was quantified and graded.Finally,with the current situation and future planning,based on the ecological security,land use zoning and suggestions were combined.The results of the study indicate that:(1)The land use degree in the study period of LouXing District generally shows an increasing trend year by year,which is in the period of land use development;(2)Land use changes in the LouXing District complicate the landscape shape,structure diversity,and landscape elements.(3)The value of ecosystem services is generally decreasing but the trend is gradually slowing down.The value of each individual ecological service function has been reduced,and the pressure on ecological environment protection has been significant;(4)The state of land ecological security is downgraded from?-grade to ?-early warning,and the safety index shows a downward trend,but the overall situation still needs to be strengthened.(5)Integrate the forward analysis results,and classify to four levels:urban zone ?-1 class,suburban zone ?-2 class,economic development zone ?-3 class and northern ecological zone IV class.At the same time,corresponding development proposals are proposed to promote sustainable development of the region.
