From the financial practices of Western developed countries,it can be seen that companies can often accomplish their own goals of rapid development through mergers and acquisitions.From the perspective of corporate strategy implementation,mergers and acquisitions are also important business strategies for enterprises.This paper combines the related theories of mergers and acquisitions as well as domestic and foreign scholars' research literature on continuous mergers and acquisitions to study the continuous merger and acquisition strategy of HaiGe.The paper has practical reference significance.The research object selected in this article is the military enterprise HaiGe communications.In the context of military-civilian integration,the phenomenon of continuous M&A transactions for development purposes.Since the company launched a number of mergers and acquisitions in just a few years,the company hopes to achieve its own rapid development through continuous mergers and acquisitions,improve its own competitiveness,obtain advanced technology and resources.After analysis,this paper finds that HaiGe's continuous acquisitions include four factors that enable the company's industrial layout strategy,scale expansion,profit growth,and the pursuit of technical collaboration.As the mergers and acquisitions continue to progress,the company's merger and acquisition capabilities can be improved to better deal with possible merger management risks and market competition and other risks.When the Balanced Scorecard evaluates the performance of the company,continuous mergers and acquisitions of the case are conducted over a long period of time.From the four dimensions of finance,customers,internal processes,learning and growth,a specific index system suitable for evaluating HaiGe's M&A performance was constructed.Through the financial data,it can be figured out that the overall indicators in the past five years are better than those before the merger and acquisition,and the competitiveness is enhanced.The overall operating conditions of the company are good.From the perspective of internal process,it enhances the quality of products and services,maintains an efficient supplier relationship,and improves the efficiency of asset utilization.From the perspective of customers,it expands the scope of customers and increases market share.From the perspective of learning and growth,the quality of personnel is continuously improved and the ability to innovate is continuously strengthened.Through the analysis of the case,the revelation in this paper is that the company can use the continuous acquisition to realize the leap-forward development,but the acquisition and acquisition should take the promotion of the competitiveness as the core goal.In addition,continuous mergers and acquisitions should also pay attention on post-merger integration and risk management.
