A Study On Xi Jinping's Thought Of Agricultural Development And Its Practice

“ Agriculture is the most fundamental industry in the world.”Agriculture is the foundation of the national economy,and agricultural modernization is the key to achieving our goal of “two hundred years”.The Chinese government has always attached importance to the development of agriculture.The Central Document No.1over the years has focused on agricultural issues.With the development of our country's economy and society,socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era.The major social contradictions in our country have been transformed into a conflict between the people's ever-growing needs for a better life and unbalanced development.This raises further concerns about agricultural development.High demands mean that agricultural development must keep up with the pace of social development.Based on China's basic national conditions and according to the new problems in the development of China's agriculture in the new era,Xi Jinping proposed a series of new ideas and concepts on agricultural development issues,and provided theoretical guidance for effectively solving agricultural development issues in the new era.It is of great theoretical significance to promote the development of the Marxist Chinese agriculture thought and the enrichment of socialism with Chinese characteristics in a new era.This article uses literature and historical research methods to analyze relevant data and summarizes the main contents of Xi Jinping's agricultural development thought.Using empirical research methods,the agricultural practice in Shandong Province,the most representative agricultural province,was analyzed and summarized in Shandong Province's agricultural practice experience.On this basis,the problems and countermeasures facing China's agricultural development in the new era are further analyzed.This is the only way to fill the shortcomings of agricultural development and speed up the building of a socialist modernized country.Based on the analysis of the relevant data of Xi Jinping's agricultural development thoughts,this study describes the related content of Xi Jinping's agricultural development thoughts in five parts.The first part clearly expounds Xi Jinping's agricultural development thoughts through the analysis of the Marxist classical writers' agricultural thoughts and Chinese Marxist agricultural thoughts,the analysis of Xi Jinping's domestic and international situation facing the agricultural thoughts,and the collation of Xi Jinping's work practices.The origin of the theory and the basis of reality.In the second part,combined with the related speeches of Xi Jinping and the literature records,the main contents of Xi Jinping's agricultural development thoughts are summed up.The contents are as follows: Adhere to the basic position of agriculture to ensure agricultural security;Guide the development of agriculture with new development concepts;Deepen the structural reform of the agricultural supply side;Take the road of new-type agricultural modernization;Accelerate the construction of ecological agriculture.The third part takes the agricultural development of Shandong Province as an example to summarize the concrete experiences of agricultural development in the new era.Under the guidance of XiJinping's thoughts on agricultural development,Shandong Province,in light of the specific conditions of agricultural development in the region,proposed safeguarding food security and stabilizing the status of agriculture;innovating the agricultural industry system and taking the road of agricultural modernization;implementing the concept of ecological agriculture and implementing it in agricultural practice;The implementation of modern agricultural technology will assist the reform of the supply side of agriculture,innovate the concept of development,expand agriculture with industry,expand traditional agriculture,and cultivate new points for agricultural economic growth.In the fourth part,the analysis of the agricultural development in China in the new era is mainly faced with the following difficulties: the status of the agricultural foundation needs to continue to be strengthened,the food security situation is still severe,the utilization rate and contribution rate of agricultural science and technology are low,and the ecological environment and resource losses are still relatively large.In the fifth part,the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward for the dilemma facing China's agricultural development in the fourth era.Strengthen the status of agriculture as a foundation,ensure food security,deepen structural reforms on the supply side of agriculture,accelerate agricultural restructuring,increase agricultural innovation,help agricultural modernization,promote green development,improve agricultural development,increase policy support,and boost agricultural development.
