With the continuous evolution of the global economic and trade pattern and the continuous deepening of the industrial division of labor, more and more advanced economies and emerging economies have entered the new economic era of service-led industries, and the trend of service industry “globalization” It becomes more and more obvious.Japan and South Korea are neighboring countries closely associated with China's economy. In January 2017,in the China-Japan-Korea Free Trade Agreement, the three countries exchanged in-depth views on important issues such as goods trade, service trade and investment. The development of Japan's and South Korea's trade in services not only It will exert pressure on the international market competition of China's service industry and will have a direct impact on the formation of the three countries' service trade cooperation foundation.Due to the fact that the traditional trade value accounting method may overestimate the competitiveness of service trade exports under the global value chain system because of the problem of double counting, this paper adopts the WWZ value-added accounting method to trade in services between China,Japan and Korea. The export competitiveness is recalculated, and on this basis, the factors affecting the export competitiveness of service trade are explored based on the national competitive advantage theory. The results show that,as a whole,Japan's service trade exports have strong competitiveness, and China's and South Korea's service trade export competitiveness is weak.Compared with industries,Japan has obvious export competitive advantages in labor-intensive and capital-intensive service industries. The export competitiveness of knowledge-intensive service trade between China and South Korea is higher than that of Japan;from the point of view of sub-export markets,China's service trade has a higher market penetration rate in the sample countries, while Japan and South Korea have lower prices..In the analysis of influencing factors,on the whole, per capita capital, per capita GDP,air passenger traffic,value-added of service industry as a percentage of GDP,and government governance efficiency have improved the export competitiveness of China,Japan and South Korea's added value of service trade.Significant positive promotion effect, but the degree of promotion varies. From the perspective of sub-industries,the impact of various factors on the export competitiveness of service trade in different factor density also shows significant differences.Specifically, the export competitiveness of labor-intensive service trade is mainly affected by the per capita capital;the impact of per capita capital is most significant in terms of the improvement of export competitiveness of capital-intensive service trade;and competition in the export of knowledge-intensive service trade. In terms of improvement,GE's contribution to the value-added ratio of service industry and the efficiency of government governance is most significant.
