Research On Internal Control Optimization Of A Heating Enterprise In Beijing

Heating is one of the infrastructures of urban construction,and it is also a livelihood project that affects the lives of the people.With the improvement of people's living standards,the demand for heating has changed from standard heating to comfortable heating.The heating enterprise has a very important social responsibility and guarantee function.Meanwhile,the current economy in our country is developing rapidly,heating system reform continues to deepen,and market competition in the heating industry is also increasingly cruelty.The disadvantages of traditional management methods are becoming more and more prominent.The heating enterprise is facing the situation of high cost,low efficiency and poor management benefit.Therefore,it is imperative to explore a more scientific way of management.The internal control system is an integral part of modern enterprise management theory;it aims to improve the level of organization management by improving management system and optimizing business processes,make the heating enterprise improve the service guarantee quality,prevent business risks and improve market competitiveness.Take social responsibility and increase efficiency,achieve long-term health and high quality development.This paper focuses on the internal control of heating enterprises,using Case Analysis Method and Questionnaire method,based on the discussion of the internal control theory and the characteristics of the heating industry,select Beijing A heating enterprise as a case,demonstration of the application of internal control in heating enterprises.Using Analytic Hierarchy Process to analyze the weights of business index,and put forward management optimization proposals one by one.In this case,the business-level indicators descending order are heating operation management,customer service management,heating fee management,technical project management and purchasing management.The research in this paper is the specific application of internal control in the heating industry.Through the combination of internal control factors and operation indicators,exploring the internal control model suitable for heating enterprises,and has a certain theoretical significance.In addition,this paper combines management practices,explore the problems and put forward management optimization suggestions,has important practical significance for promoting healthy and steady development of A enterprises,and provides certain reference value for the management of enterprises in the same industry.
