Since the 45th President of the United States Donald Trump took the rulings,and American's foreign political and economic policy have extreme changed.Especially for businessman Trump's predecessor,President Obama has obvious differences in governing ideas.From Shouting "America First" slogan to take out the TPP,which made by President Obama,and berating China can not follow the rules of "Fair Trade" in international trade,which making the United States suffers huge losses.At the same time,he called for a renegotiation of NAFTA,an exit from the Paris agreement to reduce the international obligations of the United States,and announced "301" investigations and sanctions against China.As the United States is the world's most powerful country,the new leader's 180-degree policy adjustment,especially on the trade policies of major shift,for impacting America's trading partners and even the whole world trade patterns widely.So,how to delve into Trump's trade policy and its characteristics is necessary for insight into his next actions.In this paper,from the perspective of political economics,on the basis of a large amount of data review,the author firstly analyzed by using the theory of trade protectionism Trump's global trade policy platform and its main content,and then,using the trade diamond model theory,American trade promotion authority theory,interest group theory and political lobbying theory to analyze the internal factors of the formation of Trump's global trade policy.At the same time,it also discusses the external causes of its global trade policy from the perspective of global economic and trade bias and the leapfrog development of emerging countries.Subsequently,this article sorted out the evolution process of Trump's trade policy with China,and analyzed the dispute focus and possible three types of trade conflicts between the two countries through trade data.This paper discusses the result of the trade conflict between the two sides by using the short-term game model of Nash equilibrium theory,as well as the attitude towards the future development of China-USA relationships.At the end of this paper,the author draws some important conclusions and relevant suggestions through the analysis of the previous article,and concludes that the ultra-egoistic Trump's trade attitude towards China tends to be tough more and more.The relationship between China and the United States is facing unstable risks and major pressures.At the same time,the conservative of the Trump administration in international affairs also provides China with an opportunity to actively participate in the international community,hoping that China will seize the opportunity and be ready to meet the challenges.
