Currently,the macro-economy enters the new normal,and the construction industry is ushering in the agitation transformation.The survival and development of enterprises depends on the competitiveness of enterprises in the marketing economy environment.In order to maintain the competitiveness of enterprises,employees must be exerted certain pressure to promote their enthusiasm and potential.As a very important part of the enterprise management system,middle-level managers bear the work pressure of"connecting the past and the next".Taking Guangxi branch of China Construction three Bureau as the object of study,the pressure source of middle-level managers,the significance of carrying out pressure management,and strategies put forward to optimize middle-level managers' stress management are analyzed in this paper.The following issues of concern in this study is to find out the reasons of pressure in the middle-level managers of Guangxi branch of China Construction three Bureau.Secondly,according to the result of specific pressure sources,the management countermeasures are put?forward so as to release the unnecessary pressure and reduce the overall working pressure from middle-level managers.In order to solve the problems mentioned above,the literature analysis method,questionnaire survey method and inductive deduction method are used to analyze the problem.The main conclusions are as follows:Firstly,the main sources of stress of middle-level managers are from occupational development pressure,role stress,incentive pressure,working conditional pressure,family pressure and interpersonal relationship stress."Interpersonal relationship stress" is relatively low in all evaluation indicators,and "occupational development pressure" is the largest one.The overall pressure of middle-level managers is 3.809 points,and the overall pressure is in a state of greater pressure.Secondly,In view of the above stressors of middle-level managers,the stress coping strategies will be including:Building career development incentive system to reduce the pressure of career development;Improving quality and specification management standards to reduce role stress;Improving the c&b system to reduce the pressure of incentives;Improving the working environment,optimization of systems to reduce the pressure of working conditions;Strengthening the social support to reduce family stress;Improving self social relation and union intervention ability to reduce the pressure of interpersonal relationship.In the end,a summary and prospect are made for the full text research.
