Research On The Financial Risk Analysis Prevention Of D Company

With the development of China's economy,the trend of financial risk problem increasingly prominent and becomes serious.Although some enterprises have realized the importance of financial risk management,but due to the lack of experience and theoretical guidance,lead to financial risk failed to find and get effective control.In recent years,so many enterprises which all have the issues in the financial risk management were trapped in financial distress,such as the Giant Interactive Group,GUANGXIA(YINCHUAN),etc.Through the lessons of these enterprises we can learn that in order to achieve sustainable development,enterprises must put the financial risk management into an important status and strengthen the control on it.In this paper,it is combines with the actual situation of D company,on the basis of its financial statements data;to finish the vertical analysis on it.And it also use the Z-score model and F-score model to carry on the comprehensive analysis for the financial risk.After that,it identifies the financial risk of the D company on the investment,financing and capital operation.It is concluded that the D company is facing the risk of financing and accompanied by a slight signs of bankruptcy.It analyzes the causes of risk formation,and finally puts forward the relevant prevention and control measures.It avoids financial risks to some extent,reduces the impact of financial risks,enhances core competitiveness of enterprises,and provides Suggestions and Suggestions for sustainable development for D company.At the same time,it also provides some reference for other companies in the industry on financial risk prevention.
