The global situation is changing rapidly.Whoever has the initiative,and it has the right to speak.Economic development is an important means for the country to take the initiative,and innovation has become an indispensable driving force for development.Organizational innovation must ultimately be implemented by employees.Encouraging employee innovation has become a problem that companies must face in the process of innovation and development.Earlier scholars found that the environment has a certain influence on individual behavior.This study aims to explore the influence of organizational innovation climate on employees' innovation behavior,and introduces individual factors-core self-evaluation as the adjustment variable.Finally,the research model of the influence of organizational innovation climate on employees' innovative behavior with core self-assessment as a regulated variable was formed.This study conducted a questionnaire survey of 298 employees from Liaoning equipment manufacturing companies and collected data.SPSS 19.0 was used to analyze the reliability and validity of the three scales of organizational innovation climate,employees' innovation behavior,and core self-evaluation.Then,Pearson correlation analysis and further regression analysis were performed.Through empirical analysis,it is found that:(1)There is a significant positive correlation between organizational innovation climate variables and employees' innovation behavior variables,and colleagues support,supervisor support,organizational philosophy,resource supply,and task characteristics are also significantly positively correlated with employees' innovation behavior variables.And the regression analysis results show that the five dimensions of colleague support,supervisor support,organizational philosophy,resource supply,and task characteristics are positively affecting employee innovation behavior.(2)Core self-evaluation has a significant regulatory effect on the relationship between organizational innovation climate and employees' innovation behavior.Colleague support,supervisor support,organizational philosophy,resource supply,and task characteristics positively influence employees' innovation behavior,and core self-evaluation regulates the relationship between them.In other words,employees with lower core self-evaluation are more likely susceptible to organizational innovation climate than those with higher core self-evaluation.Based on the conclusions,this paper proposes the following management recommendations: First,in an active and harmonious organization climate,employees are more likely to generate innovation behaviors,organizational management should increase investment in creating an innovative organizational climate;Second,the organization management must pay attention to the relationship between employees.Interpersonal relationships and teamwork,foster trust between employees,and provide resources,power,and support for subordinate innovations.Third,organizational management must not only pay attention to the organizational environment,but also pay close attention to the employees' mentality and clearly define rewards and punishments.Give employees psychological support.Finally,summary the shortage and look to the future.
