Research On The Causes And Precautions Of IPO Audit Failure

Since the establishment of China's corporate securities listing channels,the IPO enterprises have been repeatedly listed fraud fraud by the SFC or the news media,And almost every IPO fraud listed companies are accompanied by CPA's IPO audit failure,high IPO audit failure cases reflect the Chinese accounting firms in the IPO process of economic supervision,evaluation and identification of the lack of forensic functions.However,the existing academic research focus on the IPO enterprise's own financial fraud perspective,the CPA in the IPO audit practice in the process of problems and improvement methods are not deeply studied.Therefore,it is necessary to excavate the reasons of the frequent failure of IPO audit and give the corresponding measures,meanwhile,establish the external environment guarantee mechanism of the IPO audit quality,which will improve the quality of IPO audit in our country,give full play to the economic supervision and forensic function of CPA firms in the process of IPO.It is of far-reaching significance to reduce the investment risk,protect investors ' personal interests and purify the economic environment of the securities market,promote the reform and normalization of our market economy,reduce the development losses and eliminate the obstacles to advance.Based on the summary and conclusion of the existing relevant research at home and abroad,this paper this paper introduces the definition,requirement and process of IPO,sums up the concept and particularity of IPO audit,analyzes the definition of IPO audit failure,and introduces the theories related to audit failure.And then select the vibration and lung products IPO audit failure case as a case study object,with the previous theoretical research as the guidance,and this case in combination with the CPA and accounting firms from the perspective of the audit failure of the internal causes of the IPO,From the other two factors involved in the IPO audit of CPA,the main factors of auditing and the external environmental factors are analyzed in two aspects,which result in the external cause of CPA IPO audit failure.Finally,combined with the analysis of the reasons for the failure of IPO audit in this particular case,the paper puts forward corresponding countermeasures from the aspects of audit subject,audit object and external supervision level at three levels.
