Study On Tax Risk Management Of Large Enterprises In Lishui

This paper takes Lishui Local Taxation Tax Risk Management in large enterprises as the research object,starting from the point of view of the tax authorities,described in the basic situation of Lishui Local Taxation Tax Risk Management in large enterprises,analyses the problems in the economic developed city,learn from the advanced experience of tax authorities,to improve the tax risk management of Lishui localtaxation business proposal.This article is divided into six parts.The first part introduces the background and significance of the topic,the literature review at home and abroad,the ideas and methods of the research.The second part expounds the related concepts and theoretical analysis of tax risk management of large enterprises,including related concepts,theoretical basis and the necessity of tax risk management for large enterprises.The third part describes the current situation of tax risk management of large enterprises in Lishui land tax,including the formulation of related documents,the establishment of organization,management process and practice.The fourth part analyzes the problems of Lishui land tax in the process of tax risk management for large enterprises,and points out that there are still some problems,such as the concept of risk management has not yet been fully established,the level of information construction and the inefficient use of tax related information.The fifth part analyzes the practice experience of Hangzhou land tax,Jinhua land tax and Wenzhou national tax in the tax risk management of large enterprises,and thinks that we can learn from the experience of strengthening institutional building,establishing service concept,improving information level and emphasizing performance evaluation.The sixth part puts forward some constructive suggestion about how to perfect Lishui Local Taxation Tax Risk Management in large enterprises,such as the establishment of large enterprise tax risk management mechanism,optimize the tax service system construction,mechanism of enterprise management to improve the accuracy of the tax risk identification,to explore the tax risk management in large enterprises "Lishui experience".
