Research On Development Strategy Of New Economical Industry Of Jiangxi

New technology has been developing rapidly since the 21 st century,represented by big data,cloud computing and artificial intellegence,which enables the development of a new generation of new industry,new format and new pattern.It has driven global industry transformation,and provided powerful force for the shift in driving forces of development under the “new normal”.New industry is the core of the new economy.On the theoretic level,the flourishing of new industry is challenging traditional economic theory.On the policy level,industrial transformation brought by new economic industry not only offers an opportunity for less developed areas to take the advantage of backwardness and catch up with developed areas,but also sets stricter requirements for their industrial development strategies and policies.Hence,this article is of great theoretical value and realistic meaning,choosing the new economic industry development strategy of Jiangxi as object of study.This article mainly studies the following contents.1)The definition of new economic industry,difference analysis of traditional industry and new economic industry,and research on theoretical basis of new economic industry.2)It refines the strategic patterns of new economic industry development of inland areas through summarizing the experiences of Bangalore,Guizhou and Chengdu in developing the new economic industry.3)It evaluates the current situation of Jiangxi's new economic industry development based on new economy index.And it evaluates the external environment of new economic industry development in Jiangxi using PEST analysis.4)It builds Jiangxi's new economy development strategy adopting Porter's diamond model,and chooses the leading industry of Jiangxi's new economy adopting Delphi method.5)It puts forward basic ideas of Jiangxi's new economic industry development polices based on innovation ecosystem theory.This article finds out the following facts.1)New economic industry is significantly different from traditional industry in factor structure,market entity,form of organization and spatial form.2)It is found that due to the differences between development basis and condition,inland areas differ remarkably in new economic industry development strategies,which mainly includes moderate diversification strategy and singular strategy.3)The result of new economy index shows that the development level of Jiangxi's new economic industry is lower than national average level.In the external environment aspect,Jiangxi has obvious comparative disadvantages.Meanwhile,it has certain substantial comparative advantages.4)It is found that Jiangxi is suitable to adopt asymmetric catching-up strategy in developing new economic industry.It is also found out using Delphi method that general aviation industry represented by Nanchang and Jingdezhen,smart car industry represented by Nanchang and Shangrao,and NB-IoT industry represented by Yingtan should be chosen as the leading industries of Jiangxi's new economic industry.5)It proposes “5453” policy system of new economic industry of Jiangxi based on innovation ecosystem theory.
