Research On Audit Risk And Audit Pricing Based On The Difference Of Securities Plate In China

In May 2017,Britain's Financial Reporting Council(FRC)for misconduct in the audit business of PWC has carried on the "condemnation",and impose a fine of 5 million pounds for the record;in the same month,the China Securities Regulatory Commission issue certified public accountants a notice of punishment,ordered to suspend undertake business.In fact,financial fraud happens every year in China's capital market.Taking-2017 in 2012 as an example,there are fewer than ten listed companies punished by the CSRC for financial fraud every year.Behind the financial fraud cases of listed companies,the risk of Certified Public Accountants is also increasing year by year.So,does CPA take into account the impact of audit risk in formulating audit pricing? Is this effect different between the various plates?This paper selects the A share listed companies in 2013-2016 as a sample to study the relationship between audit risk and audit pricing in China's stock market,and the possible differences between different securities sectors.The results show that: first,the overall A samples,the greater the risk of audit,CPA audit pricing will be higher,it play a role mainly in regulatory risk and litigation risk;second,in terms of the quality of accounting information,the gem motherboard will be more substantial than earnings,which may have more high audit risk;third,the positive impact of audit risk on Audit Pricing in the motherboard in the sample is the most significant,the small plates,the gem sample is not significant.The results indicate that official supervision and legal environment play a certain role in maintaining the operation of audit market.In order to promote the healthy operation of capital market,we need to further strengthen supervision and legal system construction,and establish a guarantee mechanism for the operation of audit market.
