Research On T Group Financing Strategies Based On The Sustainable Growth

The financing strategy is the focus and difficulty in financial management,and the sustainable growth rate of enterprises is closely related to financing decision.To achieve long-term growth,companies need to ensure that their growth is sustainable,meaning the growth does not deplete the company's financial resources.In order to achieve this goal,the real growth rate should be matched with the sustainable growth rate.Based on the theory of financing strategy and sustainable growth,this thesis discusses the financing strategies of sustainable growth by the sustainable growth model of Fan Xingjian.T group has been active in the capital market in recent years,and the research is typical,which has important influence and reference effect on the development of the whole industry.T group is the research object in this thesis.On the basis of the theory of financing,the thesis firstly analyzes the present financing situation.And based on the theory of sustainable growth,it analyzes the sustainable growth of the T group for recent five years,and compares the actual growth rate with the sustainable growth rate,finding the main problems are internal financing is not enough,financing method is poor,short-term debt rate is too high and can't reach the requirements of the sustainable growth.Subsequently,the thesis optimizes financing strategies and analyzes the feasibility to promote the company's sustainable growth.The recent optimization is to predict the financing needs of the company in the next year,and then alculate the financing strategies of the company by the sustainable growth model.However,the medium and long term optimization is mainly based on qualitative planning because of the variable quantity and difficulty of prediction.Finally,combining with the actual situation of company specific safeguard measures are put forward,including setting reasonable operation strategy,to keep the company development and risk control,the combination of diversified financing strategy,improving the corporate governance structure and organization structure,and improving the quality of accounting information,to promote the company's sustainable growth targets.
