Research On The Factors Influencing The Export Technical Sophistication Of Knowledge-based Service Trade In China

Under the background of global economic integration,the total import and export volume of global trade in services has increased from 7707 billion dollars in 1980 to 94150 billion dollars in 2016.The trade volume has increased by 12 times in the past decades.Service trade has developed rapidly.It has become a strong driving force for the development of national economy.In recent years,traditional service trade has been transforming to knowledge-based service trade,and the development of knowledge based service trade has attracted more and more scholars' attention.At the same time,China as a trading power country which has cheap labor and resources advantages.By virtue of this,its scale of trade growth has become the first country to export trade in goods.But with the input and use of high density of knowledge and technical resources in the modern economy,the traditional service trade gradually to the knowledge-based service trade in transition.China are still in a disadvantage international trade environment.Furthermore,many domestic enterprises blindly pursue export growing its scale,but ignoring the export quality,resulting the insufficient in innovate service products.And a situation has been formed which is a large scale of trade in service products but not high profit growth.In order to break through the bottleneck of the single trade export structure,the Chinese government has to develop high and new technology industries to improving the quality of the export of knowledge-based service products.Based on the previous researches,author broke the limitations and took the adventure to make an innovation which analyzing the definition and current situation of knowledge-based service trade.Furthermore,analyzing the index of export technical sophistication of knowledge-based service trade by quantitative method.By using the method of panel corrected standard errors explained the influencing factors of the export technical sophistication of knowledge-based services trade.Based on the multinational panel data of service trade in 80 countries from 2000 to 2014,getting the results show that gross domestic product per capita,the scale of trade in goods,foreign direct investment,the openness of service trade,economic freedom index,government expending,anti-corruption index,population and infrastructures can significantly promote the quality of the export of knowledge-based service trade.Based on the results of the model,this paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions which are speeding up the construction of network infrastructure,increasing the intensity of introducing foreign investment,enhancing the level of knowledge-based service trade,to strengthen investment in education and talent cultivation,and improving the quality level of the system.
