This study investigates to survey the relationship between HR practices and corporate performance in Pakistan.To explore the HR practices impact on corporate performance and organizational commitment data on annual basis for last 5 years from the printing sectors and in which study HR practices are considered independent variables and corporate performance and organizational commitment are considered as dependent variables.To check the impact of HR practices and organizational commitment and also corporate performance,results are generated by multiple regression analysis.Results of the study concluded that there is positive relation between HR practices and corporate performance and also HR practices impact on organizational commitment in Pakistan.Thus it has been clear from the results that higher practices of HR will always increase the corporate performance and also organizational commitment.
