A company with a large number of talents is strong,especially outstanding talents.It can help enterprises achieve their own strategic goals.How to adopt the incentive measures that conform to the actual situation of the enterprise,optimize the management of human resources and establish a stable and competitive talent team is of great significance to the sustainable development of the enterprise.A is one of the provincial two level institutions set up by a Pratt financial group.It mainly manages the small loan business.After several years of rapid development,A company loan business has reached a certain scale.However,the competitive pressure of the small loan industry is increasing,the customer's credit level is uneven,and the overdue control and control performance of the post loan collectors is straight.The connection is related to the survival of the enterprise.However,the reputation of the microfinance industry is poor and the talent is low.How to study and put forward the solutions to the incentive problem of the post loan collection line of the company,to improve the stability of the personnel of the collection center,to improve the performance of the damage prevention,and to realize the company's profit goal and continuous development,has become an urgent problem to be solved in A company..This paper uses the methods of literature review,systematic analysis and questionnaire survey to analyze the problems in A company's incentive after loan collection.It is mainly reflected in the following aspects:lack of flexibility in the performance assessment of the collection center,lack of judgment coefficient of the difficulty of account collection,lack of spiritual incentives,the long-term tension of the spirit of the staff,lack of cultural guidance in the enterprise,lack long-term development vision in the field of staff,lack of long-term incentives.The company's career development plan is not in place,and there are some problems in the promotion mechanism,and managers' management capabilities need to be improved.Through the analysis of the problems existing in the collection center of A company,combined with satisfaction survey results,this paper proposes an incentive optimization suggestion for the post loan collector:improve the salary mechanism,increase the difficulty assessment coefficient of the work difficulty,improving employees' sense of fairness,attach importance to the combination of spiritual incentive,increase the long-term incentive means,and improve the career development system of the employees,perfect the promotion mechanism.We should attach importance to cross departmental communication and collaboration,and raise the level of managers.In order to ensure the implementation of relevant recommendations,We also make supporting arrangements in the aspects of raising the level of managers,the improvement about communication channels,system and funding.
