With the development and improvement of the national socialist market economy,the economic behavior becomes more and more normalized among the enterprises,which requires the enterprise to work more accurately on the value evaluation.In the process of theoretical research and practical operation,more attention is paid to the exploration of more scientific and reasonable value evaluation method.The real estate industry as an important pillar of the economic development of our country,has contributed enormous power to the overall sustainable development of the national economy.For the small and medium-sized non-listed real estate companies,in the population flow and the second tier of the city and the reality of high inventory,how to develop steadily,the tight encirclement,become the primary problem.This paper studies how to introduce value management into the whole development strategy of real estate enterprises,which is of great significance to solve the survival and development crisis of the real estate enterprises in the present form,and to make the company acquire the sustainable development ability.This paper focuses on the guiding ideology of promoting enterprise value.First,the paper expounds the basic theoretical knowledge of enterprise value and the main methods to evaluate the enterprise value;Secondly,in the combination of the characteristics of the DC real estate company,the size of the company and the degree of data integrity,a more operable EVA model is built to evaluate its enterprise value.Then,starting from the factors affecting the enterprise value,combined with the financial data and development strategy of the company,this paper makes a detailed and in-depth study of these factors,and finds out the shortcomings of the company in the operation process.Finally,summed up the way to improve the value of DC real estate company.
