Auditing is an important economic supervision activity in capital market,and it aims to improve the authenticity of financial reports of listed companies.Audit pricing is the important part in the audit process.It is closely connected with the market competition of the public accounting firm and the independence of auditors.And Growth Enterprises Market in China,is an important component of the capital market in our country.The size,growth,management risk of the listed companies in Growth Enterprises Market exists obvious difference in the Main Board and SME board.The deeply analyzing the audit pricing of the RUIHUA Certified Public Accountants in Growth Enterprises Market,has practical and realistic significance to the rationality of the audit pricing and the development of audit market in Growth Enterprises Market in China.At the first,this article based on the supply and demand theory,combined with three main components of Audit Fee,that are fixed costs,costs of risk and premium profits,analyzes the influence factors of audit pricing in the perspective of supply and demand of audit services.Secondly the results of analyzing the data of the audit pricing of RUIHUA Certified Public Accountants in nearly three years in the GEM,show that the audit pricing is low.Then combined with background of the GEM,the article analyze the audit pricing of RUIHUA based on the company scale,corporate governance structure,corporate financial risk of the customers and scale,brand reputation and quantitatively of RUIHUA.And the main reasons of low audit pricing are RUIHUA pay too much attention to by the scale of the audit clients,without fully considering the customer corporate governance and financial risk of audit risk,and did not give full play to its brand advantage for premium income and other issues.Finally,this paper puts forward some Suggestions that RUIHUA should pay proper attention to the size of the customer,strengthen the focus on corporate governance structure and financial risk,enhance the profit.It is to raise audit pricing to a more reasonable level.At the same time,RUIHUA should improve auditing quality to guarantee the rising of audit pricing.
