Research On Internet Loan APP Design Method Based On Security Needs

With the development of internet finance and the introduction of foreign payday loan models,internet loan business has become a representative product,which combines the development of internet finance and personal consumer finance integration.Since 2014,with convenience,flexibility,and timeliness,internet loan has been booming in China's consumer finance industry.In the process of explosive development of cash loans,there are a series of serious problems.It includes severe disclosure of personal information,transparent fees,etc.These problems have bad effect on the user's experience of the internet loan APP,which directly leading to the user's indecision in the choice of products,and the high product uninstall frequency of users.Therefore,in order to make the internet loan APP more satisfying to the user's security needs,attracting more user choices and increasing the user's viscosity,this article analyzes and researches the security needs of users when using internet loan APP.The article mainly uses a combination of qualitative and quantitative research methods.It includes reading research on related documents such as internet finance,internet loans,psychology,and interaction design,in-depth analysis and comparison of product features,functional architecture,and design methods for existing internet loan APP in the market,interviews and questionnaire surveys on the factors and ways of thinking of users when using the internet loan APP.Through the above research methods,we have determined the framework of factors that affect the security needs of users,as well as the impact of those factors on the design,and summed up the main influencing factors of user safety needs.According to the combination of theory and practice,the paper proposes an internet loan APP design method based on user security needs.It contains three parts: increasing the user's sense of determination,paying attention to the user's sense of security,and ensuring the user's sense of control,the user's security needs are fully protected.At the end,according to the proposed design method,the author proposed a design for the internet loan APP during the internship period of Baidu Company.The design includes the information architecture,interaction process,and the interface prototype.We also invite relevant professionals to evaluate the design,to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the internet loan APP design method.The internet loan APP design method based on user security needs can better meet user needs,optimize user experience,increase user viscosity,and thus enhance self-product market competitiveness.
